HIIIIII! I'm Phoebe, the author of River City! I've been working on it for 2 years non-stop, creating new characters and doing some world building. The idea of River City has been around for a while, around 6 years. I didn't know how to create it or what i would turn it into, i chose to make a comic around this time in 2023. Funnily enough it was originally called High Schooled, that was more of a placeholder because i had no idea what to call it.
